Dott.ssa Elisabetta Pino

Born in 1999, she graduated cum laude in Law at Università degli Studi in Milan in February 2022, presenting a thesis in criminal law entitled “Extra-human criminal liability: animals, companies and artificial intelligence systems”, with supervisor Prof. Fabio Basile.

In October 2021 she started the legal anticipated practice.

In October 2022 she started a PhD in Organized Crime Studies, at Università degli Studi in Milan, Department of International, Legal and Historical-Political Studies, with a research project about Cyber-organised crime.

She collaborates with Luca Santa Maria e Associati law firm since June 2022.
