Avv. Demetrio Villani

Born in Ferrara in 1995, in April 2020 he graduated in Law with full marks at the University of Milan, defending a dissertation in criminal law entitled “A partire da Mafia Capitale. Le nuove frontiere dell’applicazione del delitto di associazione di tipo mafioso (Art. 416 bis c.p.)”, supervised by Prof. Fabio Basile.

Until December 2020, he collaborated as a trainee at Court of Appeal of Bologna and at the Legal Counsel of the State (Avvocatura di Stato) – District of Bologna.

He has been working with the firm since January 2021.
