Avv. Laura Ninni

Born in 1992, in the academic year 2015/2016, she graduated with the highest possible marks in law from the University of Milan, where she presented a thesis on criminal law on the aggravating circumstance of the Mafia method and facilitation (art. 7 Legislative Decree no. 152/1991), with Professor Fabio Basile.

From January 2017 to August 2018, she underwent a training period pursuant to ex art. 73 Legislative Decree no. 69/2013 at the Court of Milan (Criminal Sections VII and Civil Section VI).

As part of the doctoral programme, from April to May 2019, she was a research visitor at the Faculteit Rechtsgeleerdheid KU Leuven (Catholic University of Leuven), and her tutor was Prof. dr. Frank Verbruggen from the Institute of Criminal Law.

As of October 2019, she is licensed to practice law.

In June 2020, she obtained a PhD from the University of Milan, Department of International, Legal and Historical-Political Studies, with a thesis entitled “Mafia Contiguity: regulatory tools to prevent and fight against it.” Her supervisor, Professor Fabio Basile, rated it as “excellent”.

She has been working with the firm since January 2021.
