Avv. Gianni Giacomelli

Born in 1979, he graduated in 2004 at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan with a thesis on Human Rights, entitled “The deprivation of individual freedom in international transit areas in the light of art. 5 CEDU”. In 2006 he obtained a diploma from the Specialization School for Legal Professions at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

In 2007 he started collaborating with the legal firm Luca Santa Maria e associati, operating mainly in the field of Environmental Criminal Law; that same year he was admitted to the practice of law. Since January, 2008 he is registered in the Bar Association of Milan.
